• Ultra fast acting hair toner with added lift.

• Tones hair in 10-15 minutes, killing all yellow/brassiness in hair.

• Can be applied on wet hair or dry.

• Mix with 10 or 20 Vol developer in a ratio of 1 part toner to 2 parts developer

• If hair is not already blonde, lift using Brilliant Blondexx Bond Protect lightener & developer. 
• Try to eliminate as much of the brassiness as possible and make sure hair is at level 9-10 for best results.
• Rinse when this has been achieved.
• Towel dry to get rid of excess moisture.
• Now apply Intense Pearl Blonde Toner 100V. Use with 10 or 20 Vol developer.
• Use with 10 Vol if your hair is truly well pre-lightened to a level 9-10.
• Otherwise, use 20 Vol developer. 
• Make sure your product and developer mix is runny (1 part toner to 2 parts developer).
• This will help you work fast and get an even color result.
• Try and saturate the hair with as much product as possible.
• Rinse as soon as you get the desired color result.
• Normally 10 minutes of processing time is sufficient to neutralize all yellow.
• To finish and maintain, use sulfate-free low pH Brilliant Blonde Purple Shampoo and Mask.
• To strengthen bleached and toned hair, use Brilliant Blondexx Bond Protect Shampoo & Mask.
