Extra Light Platinum Blonde 10.20

Ugly Duckling Extra Light Platinum Blonde 10.20 is a permanent cream color with a violet base. It cancels yellow for a clean platinum blonde result. 3.5 oz (100 g).

Purple-based toning pigments get rid of yellowness in hair, while the blonde base lifts the hair color level by 1 tone. Argan Oil gives ultra-conditioning.

Use it on level 10 hair. It is a permanent cream color, and its violet base also lets it work like a toner, cancelling yellow on hair pre-lightened to level 9/10. Pre-lighten to level 9/10 first; the better the hair is pre-lightened, the closer the result gets to an icy white blonde.

Mix 1:1 with developer in a plastic mixing bowl: 20 Vol for 1–2 levels of lift, 30 Vol for 2–3 levels. Development time is 30 to 40 minutes.

The result is an icy white platinum blonde. For professional use.
