How To Use+
HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THIS TONER:
- This toner has been made to neutralize yellow hair & turn it white blonde.
- Make sure that hair is level 10 or higher. See chart below to see what level 10 looks like.
- The hair should be at least yellow, and ideally pale yellow.
- Mix the contents of the developer bottle with the toner in an applicator bottle.
- Pour over hair and rub thoroughly.
- Rub product well into hair to ensure product saturation
- Leave in 10 minutes, and then rinse.
