Who it’s for & when to use it
• For pre‑lightened or naturally blonde clients at level 9–10 who want a cool, silver‑white result.
• Ideal after lightening with Brilliant Blondexx Lightener or similar, once yellow/orange is minimized.
• Great for clients who always pull warm and struggle with brassiness between services.
How to use it
Lighten hair to clean level 9–10, removing as much yellow and brass as possible.
Rinse, then towel‑dry to remove excess moisture if applying on damp hair.
Mix Silver Blonde 10B with 10 or 20 Vol developer at 1:2 to a runny consistency.
Apply quickly, saturating thoroughly for even coverage.
Process for 10–15 minutes, then rinse when you reach the desired silver‑white tone.

How To Use:
- If hair is not already blonde, lift using Brilliant Blondexx Lightener.
- Try to eliminate as much of the brassiness as possible and make sure hair is at level 9 for best results.
- Rinse when this has been achieved.
- Towel dry to get rid of excess moisture.
- Now apply Silver Blonde Toner 10B. Use 10 or 20 Vol developer.
- Make sure your product and developer mix is runny (1 part toner to 2 parts developer).
- Work fast to get an even color result.
- Try and saturate the hair with as much product as possible.
- Rinse when you get the desired color result.

I have been wanting the silver blonde hair for quite some time but no one could ever get me the right shade. My friend told me about ugly duckling silver blonde toner and I figured I’d give it a try. Before you buy this you have to be a pale blonde like 9/10 to get the white/silver blonde look. I tried this with my beautician and we used a vol 20 developer with the toner and it took all the brass I had out of my hair and gave me the white/silver blonde look I’ve been wanting. My hair wasn’t damaged and felt pretty good afterwards. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to achieve the white/blonde look and you could also use it as a hilift blonde with a 30 developer.
Absolutely would recommend this product to Anyone who is looking to achieve a silver blonde without any brassiness at all, I mean it's completely cool without any warm tones and it works lightening fast. Love it
10/10 for color quality and price. You get way more than if you just buy the $7-$8 wella toner at Sally’s (not knocking the product but they are no Ugly Duckling). The toners are SUPER STRONG, you have to work FAST, but don’t panic and miss strands. Just work quick cause if go over 5-10 it will deposit a ton of gray and silver on the hair, which happened to me thus leaving me to rinse my hair 2x but by doing so it gave me the platinum look I was going for. It’s not a total downside as atleast you know you’re working with a high quality toner that actually gets into the hair cuticle where as a lot of others just put color on the hair that quickly washes out. Definitely found a new brand I’m sticking with.
