Pearl Blonde Toner 10V
Ugly Duckling Pearl Blonde Toner 10V is a permanent cream toner with regular lift. It neutralizes yellow and brassy tones on blonde hair and leaves a cool, pearlescent blonde-grey result. 3.5 oz (100 g).
Intense pearl pigments cancel yellow and brass, and the toner lifts the hair by about 1 level as it tones, so the blonde comes out a little lighter as well as cooler. It is highly pigmented, which helps even out patchy color and bring dull blonde back to life.
Use it on pre-lightened or naturally blonde hair. It suits first and repeat applications, on wet or dry hair.
If the hair is not already blonde, lift it first using Brilliant Blondexx Lightener and Developer, eliminating as much brassiness as possible, to level 10 at least. Rinse and towel dry to remove excess moisture. Mix 1 part toner to 2 parts 10 or 20 Vol developer. Process for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse as soon as the right result is reached.
The result is a white pearl blonde with a grey finish. For professional use.
