Ugly Duckling Developer 10 Vol 1L is a professional cream developer, 10 Vol (3%). It gives deposit only, with no lift. 33.8 oz (1 L).

Use it with colors and toners for tone on tone applications and color down, and with bleach for light lift and bleach bath applications. It gives consistent, gentle and effective lifting.

Choose the developer according to how much lift you need. Follow the mixing ratio of the color, toner or lightener you are using. For toners and lighteners, check and rinse when the hair reaches the correct level.
