Prepare: If hair is not already blonde, lift using Brilliant Blondexx Lightener and Developer. Try to eliminate as much brassiness as possible and make sure hair is at level 8/9. Rinse when achieved. Towel dry to remove excess moisture.

Step 2
Mix: Use 10 Vol if hair is truly well pre-lightened to level 9/10. Otherwise use 20 Vol. developer. Make sure the product and developer mix is runny: 1 part toner to 2 parts developer.

Apply: Apply your mix. Apply on any orange or yellow parts first. Work fast for an even result and saturate the hair with as much product as possible.
Step 4
Process and Rinse: Rinse as soon as the desired color result is reached. Normally, 10 to 15 minutes of processing time is sufficient to neutralize all yellow and achieve white silver blonde.

Ugly Duckling Intense Silver Blonde Toner 100B is a permanent cream toner with intense lift. It neutralizes yellow, brassiness and orange on blonde hair and leaves a silver white blonde result. 3.5 oz (100 g).
It is an ultra fast-acting toner that lifts and tones at the same time. Blue-based pigments cancel yellow, brass and orange, and the built-in lift clears the last traces of yellow that a standard toner leaves behind.
Use it on pre-lightened or naturally blonde hair at level 8 and above. It suits first and repeat applications.
If the hair is not already blonde, lift it first using Brilliant Blondexx Lightener and Developer, eliminating as much brassiness as possible, to level 8/9. Rinse and towel dry to remove excess moisture. Mix 1 part toner to 2 parts developer. Use 10 Vol on hair that is well pre-lightened to level 9/10, otherwise 20 Vol. Toning takes 10 to 15 minutes.
The result is a white silver blonde. For professional use.

I love it!!!
I do my own hair at home, and was tired of the same old toners (Wella T18, anyone?) I was cruising the internet one night for something a bit different, and boy this is it! The toner is a perfect, pearly blonde and I will repurchase. There is enough in the tube to do two toner sessions so it's worth the price.

It lightened my bleached hair another shade and was the perfect
'm obsessed! After years of dying my hair from boxed color, I decided to use this stuff as a toner when I bleached my hair. Not only did it ompletely banish the brassiness, but it lightened my bleached hair another shade and was the perfect blonde for what I was looking to do with it, which was add some fashion color to the ends. It's really easy to apply, smells pretty decent, and doesn't damage my hair. My hair is much softer and healthier with this and developer than it ever was with boxed dyes. I've only used the ash blonde so far, but I'm considering using this brand when I go back to my mahogany color for the fall and winter. I'm hooked. I'll never go back to boxed dyes again.
For reference, when I used it as a toner/1 level lift, I used a level 20 developer, and got two applications with a little longer than mid back length, medium thickness hair.

I have been wanting the silver blonde hair for quite some time but no one could ever get me the right shade. My friend told me about ugly duckling silver blonde toner and I figured I’d give it a try. Before you buy this you have to be a pale blonde like 9/10 to get the white/silver blonde look. I tried this with my beautician and we used a vol 20 developer with the toner and it took all the brass I had out of my hair and gave me the white/silver blonde look I’ve been wanting. My hair wasn’t damaged and felt pretty good afterwards. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to achieve the white/blonde look and you could also use it as a hilift blonde with a 30 developer.

Best blonde color
I have bought this for a few years. I saw some reviews saying that it faded fast for them. Here’s some tips for someone doing their own hair for 15 years or more. Do not wash your hair that much, use dry shampoo. Use toners such as joico for blonde between washes. Do not wash hair in hot water as colors will fade quickly. Take hair vitamins and use heat protector if you use hot tools.
