- Mix Brilliant Blondexx with Developer in a ratio of 1 part bleach to 2 parts developer.
- Saturate the hair very thoroughly when applying & segment finely.
- Check after 10 minutes to see how much it has lifted.
- If still orange or orange yellow at this stage, apply some more freshly made mixture.
- Rinse when the hair is very very pale yello level 10

I’ve been doing my hair for decades now and as a Latina I’ve always struggled with getting my hair bleached to the correct lightness. It’s always been some sort of orange afterwards and it’s always taken like three or more applications even when professionally done. This bleach not only got my hair to a level 10 in one application, it also didn’t leave my hair feeling like straw afterwards! This is now my go to bleach and I’m never using anything else!!

Both developers are good we have to know how to use them and you are very very helpful in giving me instructions via email. I did my roots with 20 volume and I did my ends with 30 it came out better than the salon!
