Ugly Duckling Blondify Blue Ash Blonde 09B is an ammonia-free liquid gloss toner for blonde hair. It tones away orange, and even some red, and leaves an ash blonde result in 10 minutes. 2 oz.
Ultra-strong blue ash pigments cancel orange where a violet toner cannot. As a tone-on-tone gloss it colors only the lightened hair and does not lift the base, so it also works on highlighted hair. Argan Oil and Bond Protect leave the hair softer and stronger after toning, and the gloss adds brilliant shine.
Use it on hair at level 7/8 and above.
Mix 1:1 with 10 or 20 Vol developer, in a plastic bottle or a mixing bowl. Apply to the parts that need toning most first, then extend to the rest of the hair. Rinse and towel dry after 10 minutes.

You can mix in either a plastic bottle or a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Apply to the the most orange or red parts first. Then extend to the rest of the hair. Leave 10 minutes. Rinse and towel dry.
Pro tip
If you wish to avoid lifting the base (for example if you are looking to keep a dark root or apply only on highlighted areas) use 10 Vol and process for just 10 minutes.

Really amazing product - never seen a hair dye like it!
This stuff is really unique. I color my hair a lot but this toner is the strongest I have ever seen. I used it on hair which was like really orange and yellow - all sorts of color really, and toners I had used before always came up short. But this one, not sure what they put into it, I guess blue based dyes, really really worked well. The result was not blue, but a very consistent medium blonde. Customer service had explained to me that blue based level 9 was the right toner for my hair and they were really correct! Thanks, will always buy this toner from now on!

This toner has really really strong blue pigments...I have never see anything like this. My hair was really really orange and it covered over it and toned the whole thing down to a rich brown. I am so grateful. Gonna but this one again for sure

Never seen a toner like this
I have had blonde hair for many years and yes I pull brassy but have always been able to tone it. The past couple of years I have been on meds that make my hair pull brassy orange. That's when I searched around and found this toner. The results are amazing I have to say. Got all the orange out, I mean ALL the orange...I mean no other toner that I have used even came close.
