Purple based toner for toning down bright yellow hair - leaves hair level 9 medium blonde

• This is a level 9 toner and it will tone yellow and orange-yellow & make hair a medium blonde.
• Contains Bond Protect™ & Argan Oil
• Ammonia-free Liquid Gloss Toner.
• Violet (purple) pigments tone yellow-orange hair ash blonde.
• Works with low developer strengths: 7, 10 and 20 Vol.
• Does not bump up or touch a dark base. Only tones lightened parts.
• Contains Bond Protect & Argan Oil.
• No PPD.
• No parabens.

HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THIS TONER:

• Make sure that hair is level 8 or higher - see chart below to see what level 8 looks like.
• Tones brassy yellow, or orangish yellow hair.
• Use with 7 Vol, 10 Vol or 20 Vol developer.
• Mix ratio is 1+1
• Mix in an applicator bottle pour over hair, and rub in thoroughly.
• Make sure that all the hair comes into contact with the product.
• Leave in 10 minutes, or longer in the case of very yellow hair.
• Then rinse.
