Ugly Duckling Blondify Clear Toner is an ammonia-free liquid gloss toner for blonde hair. It carries no pigment: it gives 1 level of extra lift, conditions and adds brilliant shine in 10 minutes. 2 oz.

Use it on its own, or mix it with other Blondify toners such as 09V, 09B and 010V to lift and tone at the same time. It tones only the lightened hair. Argan Oil and Bond Protect leave the hair softer and stronger after toning.

Use it on hair at level 7 and above.

Mix 1:1 with 20 Vol developer, in a plastic bottle or a mixing bowl. Apply to the parts that need toning most first, then extend to the rest of the hair. Rinse and towel dry after 10 minutes.

Ammonia-free and PPD-free. 2 oz liquid gloss toner.
