HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THIS TONER:

• The better you lighten before, the better results you will get.
• Make sure that hair is level 8 or higher. See chart below to see what level 8 looks like.
• The hair should be at least orange-yellow or lighter. 
• This toner can be combined with other toners such as 9V, 9B, 10V and 10B.
• Mix the contents of the developer bottle with the toner in an applicator bottle.
• Pour over hair and rub thoroughly.
• Rub product well into hair to ensure product saturation
• Leave in 10 minutes, and then rinse.
