How To Succeed with Your Pearl Blonde Toner Application:
- If hair is not already blonde, lift using Brilliant Blondexx Lightener & Developer.
- Try to eliminate as much of the brassiness as possible and make sure hair is at level 10 at least for best results.
- Rinse when this has been achieved.
- Towel dry to get rid of excess moisture.
- Now apply Pearl Blonde Toner 10V. Use 10 or 20 Vol developer.
- Make sure your product and developer mix is runny (1 part toner to 2 parts developer).
- For full head applications, start from the back, segmenting finely.
- Work fast to get an even color result.
- Try and saturate the hair with as much product as possible.
- This product is very fast acting, so you must rinse as soon as you have achieved the right color result.
- To keep yellow away & maintain, use sulfate-free low pH Brilliant Blonde Purple Shampoo and Mask.
- To make bleached and toned hair stronger and healthier, use Brilliant Blondexx mask with Bond Protect.

This toner does what the color is! Just make sure your bleaching to a 10. It leaves your hair soft afterward. Best toners I ever used are from ugly duckling.
