How To Use+
How to get the best out of this toner:
- This toner has been made to neutralize yellow hair & turn it white blonde.
- Make sure that hair is level 9/10 or higher.
- See chart below for what level 9/10 looks like.
- Mix the contents of the developer bottle with the toner in an applicator bottle.
- Pour over hair and rub thoroughly.
- Rub product well into hair to ensure product saturation
- Leave in 10 minutes, and then rinse.
