She use Brilliant Blondexx Bleach with 20 Vol and bleached until level 10 from roots to ends.
Then applied Blondify 010V with 20 Vol.
HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THIS TONER:
- This toner contains purple pigments and been made to neutralize yellow hair & turn it platinum blonde.
- However, it is an ammonia-free non lifting toner.
- So you need to make sure that you lift the hair to level 10 (pale yellow) using bleach prior to toning.
- See chart below to see what level 10 looks like.
- Mix the contents of the developer bottle with the toner in an applicator bottle.
- The correct mix is 1 part developer to 1 part toner.
- Pour over hair and rub thoroughly.
- Rub product really well into hair to ensure good product saturation.
- Leave in 10 minutes, and then rinse.

I bleached my hair to a level 9 & applied this toner. I left it on for 5 mins. My hair turned blue. I washed it out and it stayed blue. I bleached the blue out.
